Introduction

At West Bengal Association of Private Affiliated School, we strive to provide clear and fair policies regarding refunds and cancellations. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which students may be eligible for refunds or cancellations of tuition fees, course fees, and other charges.

Fees Refund Policy:

Eligibility for Refund

Students may be eligible for a refund of tuition and fees under the following conditions:

Withdrawal from Courses: If a student withdraws from a course or courses within the stipulated withdrawal period.

Program Cancellation: If a course or program is cancelled by the Association.

Administrative Errors: If there is an administrative error on the part of the Association.

Refund Schedule: 

Refunds of fees will be processed according to the specific dates and deadlines set of the Association (following the Govt. notification) of that particular academic year.

Cancellation Policy

Course Cancellation:

Student-Initiated Cancellation: Students may cancel their enrollment in a course before the start of the term without penalty. Cancellations made after the start of the term will be subject to the refund schedule above.

Association-Initiated Cancellation: If the Association cancels a course due to low enrollment or other reasons, students will receive a refund of tuition and fees for that course.

 

Refund Process:

Request Submission: To request a refund, students must submit a Refund Request Form and other required documents to the Registrar’s Office.

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed after of the receipt of the Refund Request Form.

Method of Refund: Refunds will be initiated via online or cheque.
